Use CAUTION when using the gates.  Each gate allows one car to pass through at a time. Do not tailgate.  Riverchase HOA and property management are not responsible for any injury, damage or loss caused by problems or malfunction of gates or damage to vehicles.

How To Apply For A New Gate Remote(s) For Riverchase Homeowners:

 1. Fill out and send in your GATE INFORMATION FORM.  Click here for a Gate Information Form.
2. Send it to Corrin Dandridge at Principal Management. She will verify your residence address, process your request and then pass your gate form information to Richard.  
3.  He will assign your personal gate codes.

ENTRANCE GATE CODES (for gate entrance key pads):

Press the '#' button before your 4 digit code.  Your code is the first 4 digits of your old code.  

 

Update: November 16, 2016

The gate dials the phone number you give us.  It has to be a local phone number and not a long distance or 'Metro' phone number.  The gate software and phone lines do not allow for anything other than a local phone number.  In this area of Texas there used to be small pockets that were “local” and “Metro”.  A local number can only call another local number at the base rate.  A Metro number can be called by anyone.  Also you always have to enter a # sign before a 4 digit code.

 

  • Call Principal Management Group with any questions.  The phone number is (214) 368-4030.
  • If you want to change your gate information, i.e. name change, phone number change, or if you need new or additional gate openers, you will need to fill out the Gate Information Form and contact Principal Management Group. This process may take time.  Principal will verify homeownership. Once approved, Principal will provide the HOA Board with the new information to be entered into the gate software program.

PLEASE share your gate codes CAREFULLY (if at all)!

Everyone who lives in Riverchase has (at their option) their name, and a three-digit code which appears at the keypad at the entrance to all three gates. Visitors can look up your name and then dial the three-digit code, the gate system will then ring your home (cell or land line). At that point you can press 9 on your phone and the gate will open for your guest.

 

In addition, you also have a four-digit code that opens the gate without a phone call to your phone. To do this you first punch the button with a “#” on it, then the 4 digits.

The information we ask for is necessary for the system to work for you. This information will be kept strictly confidential and will be used only for the gate system. You can choose to have your name hidden, but your codes will still work the gates.

 

If you have any problems with the gates and/or your gate codes, or want to change your information, please contact Principal Management, (contact info below).  You may download a Gate Information Form to be added to the gate system, or modify your phone, information, and preferences.  Send the form to Principal Management.
